Delete your JiSpeak account

Delete it in the app

  1. Open JiSpeak and sign in.
  2. Go to Cài đặt (Settings).
  3. Tap Xóa tài khoản (Delete account) and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. If you later sign in again with the same Apple or Google account, you start with a brand-new account.

Note: deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → JiSpeak so it does not renew.

Can’t use the app any more?

If you have removed the app or cannot sign in, email support@jispeak.com from the address linked to your JiSpeak account (the Apple ID or Google email you signed in with) with the subject “Delete account”. We may ask for more information to confirm you own the account before deleting it.

What is deleted

  • Your account: email, name and the link to your Apple/Google account.
  • Your learning profile: goals, level, interests, reminder time, tutor voice.
  • Practice sessions, transcripts and reports.
  • All recordings.
  • Practice streaks, topic suggestions, sign-in sessions and push tokens.

What is kept

  • Purchase history held by Apple in your Apple ID account, under Apple’s policies.
  • Database backups may still contain your data for up to 14 days before they are automatically overwritten.
  • An internal record with no identifying information that only marks the account as closed.
